The crust is the key to making a perfect pie. Without a really great crust, you might as well be eating a pile of pie filling. (Which is also not a terrible idea.)

I will always vote pumpkin pie, regardless of which poll I'm answering. Seriously, the question could be 'Ford or Chevy?' and I'd still vote pumpkin pie.

I've been known to eat this for breakfast. Now you see why I say that it's a good thing that we don't tend to have pies around the house everyday.
